Peaceful non compliance

I was peacefully hitching from my good friends mud hut in the woods to bristol, when the police decided to pull over and ask how i was doing. I told them im having a great day and asked how they were doing, they said they were fine and they loved my hat lol. So on this jolly note i started to tell them what deceptions i had found within the law and that statues and acts require consent to be given the force of law, as we are policed by consent.

DEATH AT THE HANDS OF THE POLICE.

In a recent post, UK armed police, I mentioned the death of Mark Duggan, by armed police, and the three deaths at the hands of the police since that event. I referred to this as a recent spate, as it should be noted that death at the hands of the police goes away back in our history.
We can start with Blair Peach, killed at an anti-racist protest in April 1979. In spite of the fact that 14 witnesses stated that they had seen Blair Peach being hit by members of the Metropolitan Police Special Patrol Group, (SPG), nobody was ever charged with his murder. Prior to the Mark Duggan killing the previous high profile death at the hands of the police was Ian Tomlison. Ian was hit from behind and pushed to the ground by a police officer, he died shortly afterwards. This was April 2009 at the London G20 protest, Ian, however, was not at the protest, he was merely trying to find his way home through the protest, after work. He was walking with his hands in his pockets and his back to the police when he was brutally assaulted by the officer.
There never seems to be much coverage in the media of the number of deaths at the hands of the police, but the numbers are considerable. From 1997 until 2007, in England and Wales, 530 people have died in police custody. Not one single officer has been convicted in connection with these deaths. During the period, 1990 until 2011, armed police have killed 53 people, 21 of these were by the London Metropolitan Police. A lot of deaths, no convictions, it doesn't seem to add up.

Inquiry as rugby league player, 25, dies after he was pepper-sprayed and arrested by 'ELEVEN officers'

An amateur rugby league player collapsed and died after being overpowered with pepper-spray as he was being arrested by up to eleven police officers.

Jacob Michael, 25, was sprayed in the face inside his home in the Widnes area of Cheshire, but managed to flee officers before being brought down on a verge 30 metres away.

He was taken to a police station where he became unwell and was rushed to hospital by ambulance. He was pronounced dead two hours later.

Police watchdog the Independent Police Complaints Commission confirmed it had begun an investigation into Monday's incident. Tests are due to be carried out into how Michael died.

The dead man - who was known as Jake - had been with his family and is believed to have dialled 999 himself over a threat made to him when police arrived at the semi-detached home at 5pm.

Police said they were arresting him on suspicion of affray but there was a struggle and Michael was blasted in the face with the spray.

Despite him being temporarily blinded by the effects, Michael managed to run out of the house and got to a grass verge before being tackled and brought to the ground by other police officers who were waiting nearby.

Neighbour Ann Blease, 40, said: 'I didn't know Jake that well but he seemed like a good lad, he was pleasant and good with all the kids, very friendly and happy-go-lucky.

Resist Cardiac Arrest!

In 1985 Britain became a signatory to the United Nations Convetion Against Torture and other Cruel, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment.

In November 2007, the United Nations declared that the use of the taser constitutes a form of torture. The use of a designated instrument of torture is inherently in violation of the international convention, therefore ALL USE OF TASERS AND SIMILAR WEAPONS OF ELECTRO-COERCION ARE ACTUALLY AND LEGALLY ACTS OF TORTURE. These weapons evolved from the Argentine picana electrica, an electric cattle-prod used in the slaughter-houses of Buenos Aires. They were soon exploited by Latin American police for torturing civilians, and this spread, notably to the concentration camps of China, where similar devices have tortured and murdered thousands of innocent people, including many monks and nuns. Spreading to the USA in the 70s, these weapons initiated the L.A. riots, with the taser-torture of Rodney King. The Death-toll from tasers in North America is over 530 people, mostly unarmed, many already in custody, handcuffed and in cells.

A taser gives the bearer push-button control over the body of another person this is euphemistically known as pain-compliance. The weapon delivers 50,000 volts at a third of an amp, causing skeletal muscle spasms, loss of control of bodily funcitions, including bowel function, unbearable pain, and not infrequently, CARDIAC ARREST. It is not unusual for the fish-hooked probes to imbed in the genital area, where the taser company advises the police to aim. One of the many warnings that come with every taser sold states that the weapon contains chemicals which, if released by damage to the device, are known to cause cancer and birth-defects.
In view of the above information, and particularly the taser¿s violation of the UNCAT, I launched the RESIST CARDIAC ARREST campaign in February 2010, to raise public awareness of the taser-threat to liberty, safety and health; and to encourage politicians to uphold the UNCAT. Interestingly, two of the smaller parties who have not been corrupted by power, responded positively to the campaign the Green Party & Mebyon Kernow both issued statements agreeing that the use of the taser was in violation of UNCAT. When asked for his view on the legal status of taser, Andrew George MP repeatedly evaded the question, as did various police chiefs and the deputy Prime Minister. The RESIST CARDIAC ARREST Campaign will continue it¿s work of lobbying the power structure for justice, and is currently in communication with the British Government over its failure to uphold the international agreement on standards of Human Rights that is the United Nations Convention Against Torture.

The recent case of the lad tortured in Falmouth is typical of the many hundreds of cases around the world. History shows that when a new weapon comes along, there will always be some who are happy to use it, particularly if they are sanctioned by some form of authority.

My apologies for sending this to multiple emails – this news is important and needs to get out quick, and these are the only Infowars addresses I have.

My boyfriend, Charlie Veitch of the Love Police (UK) was arrested today from our own home on suspicion of a ‘conspiracy to cause a public nuisance’ tomorrow at the Royal Wedding. By nuisance, they mean speaking freely in a public space, which is what Charlie does. He went to the police recently, on his own accord, to discuss how he is entirely non-aggressive and not a threat to them but a friend to them.

If you were wondering if the UK is still a democracy – the answer is evidently no. I have never known so many democratic activists be arrested, not only on suspicion of thought-crime, speech-crime, or political assembly crimes – but now actually these ‘offenses’ as PRE-crime?!

The only option left open to us now is to peacefully and lawfully overthrow the entire political system of the United kingdom, before we find ourselves living in a country that resembles the former DDR under the tyranny of the Stasi. The threats to our civil liberties have really become that severe, and the only way to stop our tyrannical government dead in its tracks is its complete overthrow through Lawful Rebellion under Article 61 of the 1215 Magna Carta.

Therefore, I now declare absolute Lawful Rebellion against the tyrannies of the British Government, and will use every power afforded to me under the 1215 Magna Carta, the 1689 Bill of Rights, and the 1700 Act of Settlement to seek its complete and utter overthrow.

...UPDATE! - More Pre-Crime Arrests...

Over a dozen British police officers engaged in a "pre-crime" arrest of a university professor and a street theater group yesterday, in what activists called a "Minority Report"-style crackdown ahead of the royal wedding.

Professor Chris Knight, 68, a former anthropology lecturer at the University of East London, had planned to engage in a bit of street theater with a group of activists that were dressed in medieval garb. According to reports, the group had constructed a fake guillotine and planned to stage a mock execution of Prince Andrew Edward, the queen's second oldest son.

A member of the group who was not arrested told The Guardian that the other two activists police roped in were Camilla Power and Patrick Macroidan.

The police apparently learned of the activists' plans through surveillance methods, then staged the arrest outside Knight's home in south east London last night, before the wedding got underway.

A police spokesman told The Guardian they were arrested on the charge of "suspicion of conspiracy to cause public nuisance and breach of the peace."

The group, Meltdown UK, had been planning a "Zombie Wedding" to mark the royals' festivities.

"RIGHT ROYAL ORGY – RUMPY PUMPY AND GUILLOTINES," their website declared. "[We'll] have a spanking new working guillotine, which shall be surrounded by all manner of rumpy pumpy on the duvet day of all duvet days, by order of the Government of the Dead... Some Cuts Are Necessary! May Royal Heads Roll!"

The group added that their street theater would be a "non-terrorist event."

In video published to YouTube, Professor Knight, who now lectures at the University of Comenius in Slovakia, is seen laying down on the pavement, forcing officers to carry him into their vehicle.

Knight lost his tenure at the University of East London in 2009, after he made statements ahead of the G20 meeting in London that management objected to.

He reportedly told a BBC radio station: "We are going to be hanging a lot of people like Fred the Shred from lampposts on April Fool’s Day and I can only say let’s hope they are just effigies. To be honest, if he winds us up any more I’m afraid there will be real bankers hanging from lampposts and let’s hope that that doesn’t actually have to happen."

G20 Kettling - FAIL

The high court has ruled that the Metropolitan police broke the law in the way they "kettled" protesters at the G20 demonstrations in 2009.

In a landmark judgment on Thursday, high court judges found for protesters who had claimed police treated them unfairly. It also criticised the use of force by officers.

In the case, the court heard that officers used punches to the face, slaps and shields against demonstrators who police chiefs accept had nothing to do with violence. The judgment does not strike down the police tactic of kettling or mass detention, but it will be seen as a rebuff to the Met.

The judgment places limits on the use of kettling. It says: "The police may only take such preventive action as a last resort catering for situations about to descend into violence."

The case concerned the G20 protests in London on 1 April 2009, during which Ian Tomlinson, a bystander, died after being struck by an officer. Police in charge of the protest ordered a Climate Camp to be kettled and then cleared, but officers were left to decide how much force they should use.

Video shot on the day showed demonstrators trying to avoid being beaten by raising their hands in the air and chanting "this is not a riot" at police clad in helmets and riot gear. Officers on the videos are seen to strike demonstrators, who cannot be seen to be engaged in violence.

There were several demonstrations in the area that day, but the court case deals with a Climate Camp in Bishopsgate. A police chief accepts it was peaceful but decided it should be contained to avoid potentially violent people joining it.

In the judgment, the high court said that a police operation to push back Climate Camp protesters just after 7pm was "not necessary or proportionate".

The judgment continues: "There never was a reasonable apprehension of imminent breaches of the peace at the Climate Camp.

Police's Turn to Protest

The police have raised the prospect that they could take to the streets in protest at coalition funding cuts, as evidence emerged that as many as 20,000 police service jobs will go over the next four years.

Paul McKeever, the Police Federation chairman, told MPs today that he could not rule out a repeat of the police protest marches three years ago when 20,000 angry officers brought Westminster and Whitehall to a standstill over a failure to backdate their pay.

The potential impact of police funding cuts was spelled out by two chief constables who warned they could lead to police station closures, a fundamental reconfiguration of frontline services and an end to "discretionary activities" currently undertaken by beat patrol and school-based officers.

McKeever told the Commons home affairs committee that the scale of police funding cuts could see the police take to the streets again: "We don't rule anything out at all," he said. "Certainly there are no plans in the short term. There are a number of reviews going on. We're taking an active part in those before we decide whether we're going to go. It might happen."

His warning came as research by the shadow home secretary, Ed Balls, disclosed that just over a third of police forces have already announced that they are to shed 14,500 jobs, including 6,250 police officers, over the next four years. Most of the job losses declared so far are in the large city forces that can be expected to bear the brunt of the cuts. The Met has so far only said that it will lose 1,000 jobs over the next 12 months, with the implication that many more will go during the four-year public spending squeeze.

I have to confess that I am not one for doing end-of-year editorials, but I feel that I must follow the trend, if only reasons of summarising the events over here of the past year. Most Patriot web sites, apart from a few like the UK Column, are centred around North America, so their end-of-year editorials will mostly concentrate on events of the past twelve months within the USA, Canada and Mexico. Hardly any of them will mention the United Kingdom, Europe, or elsewhere.

November of last year saw the first signs that we were about to get a coalition government whether we liked it or not. Papers like the Guardian and the Telegraph were already doing psychological operations pieces to that effect, so I immediately knew that the forthcoming General Election in May would be fixed to allow a coalition government to come into power - I just didn't know what kind of a coalition government. To be honest I thought that a coalition between Labour and the Liberal Democrats was the most likely scenario, not the Conservative-Liberal Democrat coalition that was finally decided upon by those who really control what happens in Parliament - Brussels. As Josef Stalin is reputed to have said:

"It is not who votes that matters, but who counts the votes."

The last General Election was a fix from the outset. Independent candidates were deliberately kept out of the hustings and the papers, psychological operations were run throughout the Main Stream Media to get everyone used to the idea of a coalition government nine months before the elections took place, people were turned away from polling stations because their entries on the electoral roll were deliberately tampered with so that they could not vote, and there was deliberately not enough polling staff available so that everyone could vote before the polls closed at 10pm, meaning that hundreds, if not thousands, of voters were turned away from the polls. The whole damn election was deliberately manipulated from start to finish.

Talking to a Dutch friend the other week was very interesting. He basically said that as soon as a nation signs up to the Lisbon Treaty they get a coalition government at their very next General Election, even if the country is not known for coalition governments. So now we know.

It could have only been worse if we had those damn Diebold voting machines...

Then we get onto the Communitarian European Union Dictatorship, and things do look very bad there. I am sure that my regular readership are well aware already of what I think about the European Union - for new readers the summary of "It's the Nazi Fourth Reich" should suffice to bring you up to speed.

Vile Police Website Reveals Violent Conspiracy by Peter Reynolds

The disgusting Inspector Gadget website is at it again. Go take a look if you want your eyes opened to the corrupt, barely literate, violence-obsessed, rabid scum that masquerades as our police force. They are salivating in delight at their frenzy of brutality on Thursday and eagerly anticipating more opportunities to beat up our children next week.

I support the real police. There are evil, subversive forces hiding behind and amongst the students. Those who are violent and only trying to ferment anarchy need to be stopped but they are on both sides. There are far too many of them wearing a police uniform and they deserve the most severe punishment of all.

It is outrageous that they are allowed to commune, plot and scheme with each other like this. They are paid not to have opinions like these and to stay calm and neutral. They are incapable of doing the job. Inspector Gadget should be closed down. Any officer who participates in it is not fit to hold the Queen’s warrant.
