Veteran weather modification expert Ben Livingston is a former Navy Physicist who briefed President Lyndon B. Johnson on the effectiveness of weather control back in the 1960′s during the Vietnam era, when he was involved in cloud seeding programs that worked to slow down the advance of Vietnamese and Korean troops. Livingston asserts that asserts that hurricane control was a national priority of the government more than 40 years ago and that the technology was fully operational to control the weather at the time.

In this exclusive interview for Prison Planet.tv subscribers, Livingston explains how for decades the US government has had the power to both lessen and increase the severity of adverse weather for their own purposes.

Dr Livingston was assigned in 1966 from the Naval weapons research Laboratory to a marine fighter squadron in Vietnam. Instead of guns, the aircraft under Livingston's control were fitted with cloud seeding equipment. "My mission was to find clouds and seed them for maximum precipitation value" he stated.

Dr Livingston presents evidence from the Stanford research Institute, who were brought into Project Storm Fury (a weather control program) in the late sixties as a third party, which stated conclusively that knowledge of how to stop hurricanes had been uncovered and that they would be directly liable should a hurricane hit and cause extensive damage and loss of life. Four decades later and Livingston exposes how the devastation caused by Hurricane Katrina could have been greatly minimized but was allowed to fully impact Gulf states for political reasons.

Having personally flown on 265 missions into the eyes of hurricanes, Livingston remarks that he was "disgusted" by the failure to lessen the impact of Katrina. Livingston's revelations that weather control has been a decades long program in which the US government has been deeply involved are particularly alarming given the abundant modern-day evidence of how chemtrails are being used to warp our environment in a secret geoengineering plot that threatens a myriad of unknown human health and ecological consequences.

CBS – “These are literally crimes against humanity, nature,” said Michael Murphy, a chemtrail researcher from Los Angeles. Murphy produced a documentary about the so-called chemtrail cover-up. He said he believes the chemicals in the chemtrails, aluminum, barium and others are making us sick.

But be polite and let them know you're "so happy someone is finally willing to finally address this subject that's been in our faces for so long and polluting our skies etc." like this is gonna catch on. "Will someone here be brave enough too?"..or however you want to phrase it.

This is a chance to unload. We can at least try one more time, and maybe a tidal wave of Truth will hit the mark! Let's be response-able and do what we can. It holds people accountable and that changes a lot behind the scenes as well.

As the mainstream media attempts to downplay the latest die-off event, which has now gone global, it is worthwhile to keep track of the story lines. Feel free to add your own to the comments section, and we will update accordingly.

Mainstream Explanations: Lightning, hail, mid-air collision, power lines, and New Year fireworks for the birds . . . but disease for the fish. This is even rolling eyes in the mainstream media. Birds are incredibly sensitive to their environment (think canary in the coal mine), and the thought that they were caught by surprise, or that they "fowled" up their flight pattern is patently ridiculous. And where are the roasted birds from this lightning strike? And what about fish dying in the same region? Just a "disease" coincidence. One mainstream headline has to be enshrined as the saddest attempt at sensationalism, while revealing an obvious natural conclusion Falling Birds Likely Died From Massive Trauma. Really?

Geoengineering: Could spraying in the area have caused this type of fallout? Perhaps something new added to the mixture? Chemtrails have quickly moved from conspiracy theory to documented fact. So much so, that the powers-that-be have had to admit to the program, but a beneficial one in their view. Between cloud seeding and possible connections to HAARP, chemtrail fallout must be considered, especially as it is being conducted nearly worldwide. Rosalind Peterson has been at the forefront of connecting geoengineering to GMOs as a combined source for oxygen-depleting algae blooms that very well could affect a wide spectrum of natural systems. Furthermore, some believe that the delivery system for chemtrails can also disperse pathogens. If there is a flu or disease outbreak in the coming days or weeks among the human population in areas where the birds have fallen, the chemtrail connection could be made. If this happens, the contagion could be blamed on a new, deadly bird flu. A last possibility connected to chemtrails would be nanoparticles.

HAARP: Birds and fish can be susceptible to subtle frequency alteration. An interesting YouTube post from a long-time fisherman mentioned the "pearl" plate behind the eye of the affected type of drum fish in this event. He made a plea for anyone in the area to look for signs of damage to this plate. Both birds and fish navigate in highly coordinated ways that indicate that they move and communicate via frequencies. Could the HAARP array in Alaska have short-circuited their navigation systems? Or, perhaps this is the beginning of a cascading effect from decades of electromagnetic pollution emanating from EMF and ELF waves shot around the planet via a wide range of modern communications

Cancun Climate Cabal - Plan B

The UN Climate talks in Cancun are now focusing on geoengineering, using it as a tool to extort a binding UN treaty to reduce phony global warming. The AP reported today that "we may need geoengineering as a 'Plan B,' if nations fail to forge agreement on a binding treaty to rein in greenhouse gases", per a British House of Commons report.

Geoengineering and contrived global warming lies are facets of Agenda 21, the overarching blueprint for control and depopulation. The article states that geoengineering can cause rain precipitation and other weather changes.

The AP article revealed that the primary forces behind geoengineering are the UN, the US and the UK. The US and the UK governments urged the UN Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) to study geoengineering, with the US in the research forefront. The article says that "specialists regard the stratospheric sulfates proposal as among the most feasible"- this means chemtrails. But instead of sulfates, patents and evidence indicate that aluminum and barium are currently being sprayed. The US National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) will do the unreliable computer modeling tests for the US research. Watch this video to understand that this is a depopulation program and this NOAA scientist advocates "doing whatever we can to reduce population".

The new willingness of the UN to consider geoengineering comes just weeks after the UN's Biodiversity conference in Japan wherein they imposed a moratorium on it until the implications could be fully studied. The UN used the 'moratorium' for support to gain global control over geoengineering and weather. Notably, the US did not sign the UN Biodiversity Convention (another word for 'treaty') in favor of the moratorium and UN control.

The UK government hosts the Hadley Center at East Anglia University, the home-base of the UN IPCC and is known for the 'Climategate' scandal and manipulated science. Margaret Thatcher established Hadley Center to usher in globalism and to weaken US power. The UN IPCC will pay off hundreds of scientists to study geoengineering for the IPCC's next assessment report. The UK supports UN control over geoengineering.

On Wednesday, 29th September some members of We Are Change, Ireland find themselves at the Dáil. What we found was certainly a sign of the times.

On that same morning, at 8am a man drove a concrete mixing truck with the words 'Toxic Bank' on the drum up to the gates of Leinster House, the seat of the Dáil (Irish Parlament). He also removed the plates and replaced them with plates saying 'Bankrupt'. It is alledged that he cemented up the doors and cut the cables before climbing out of the root of the truck. He was arrested following this, where he was brought and held in Pearse Street Garda Station. He was to appear in the District Court the following morning. Reports as to the outcome of this seem to be mixed. Some sources say that he was charged, others say he was remanded on bail to November 25 on condition he does not come to the unlawful attention of gardaí during that time. An application by gardaí that he be ordered to stay away from Anglo Irish Bank on St Stephen's Green in Dublin was not included in bail the conditions.

As the Government were just back from their summer recess, many groups and organisations were out some making protests and raising on many things from the overspending, to job cuts, unjust Laws that go against the Nature of God, the cruelty of the HSE, Coillte and chemtrails.

Pensioner Protest - Chemtrails

From 11am to 4pm on Wednesday the 29th of September 65 year old Breda Murphy will be chained to the gates of the Dáil (parliament) in Dublin. Her protest has been provoked by the on-going aerial spraying being conducted over much of Ireland.

Several governments across the planet have been spraying their civilian populations with different (often harmful) biological and chemical agents since the 1940s. The British Government has even admitted to some of these so-called ‘tests’.

One of the most common techniques in use today is that of civilian airliners being employed to carry out the spraying. Such airliners can be identified by what appears at first glance to be additional exhaust trails. However, the abnormal additional trails emanate from locations on the plane other than the engines.

The abnormal trails also take much longer to dissipate than regular condensation trails (contrails) left by jet engines. Concerned observers have dubbed these abnormal trails, chemtrails. When intensive spraying is being carried out (over cities for instance), the lingering chemtrails often result in criss-crossed patterns in the sky.

Breda Murphy has lived in the town of Kildare for much of her life. So when around the 14th of June this year an intensive program of aerial spraying over Kildare began, she noticed almost immediately. She even witnessed large black helicopters spraying the town. At an international symposium held in Ghent, Belgium May 28-30, 2010, scientists asserted that “manipulation of climate through modification of Cirrus clouds is neither a hoax nor a conspiracy theory.” It is “fully operational” with a solid sixty-year history. Though “hostile” environmental modification was banned by UN Convention in 1978, its “friendly” use today is being hailed as the new savior to climate change and to water and food shortages. Military forces stand poised to capitalize on controlling the world’s weather.

The only conspiracy surrounding geoengineering is that most governments and industry refuse to publicly admit what anyone with eyes can see. Peer-reviewed research is available to anyone willing and able to maneuver the labyrinth of scientific journals. So, while there is some disclosure on the topic, full public explanation is lacking. Because it seems that sun-seekers are responsible for leaving the rest of us languishing under grey skies – thanks to the emissions from aircraft engines.

These vapour trails create clouds which, experts claim, can block out sunlight for millions. This is the reason that our skies appeared unusually blue when the Icelandic volcano Eyjafjallajokull was erupting, and all flights over Britain were banned.

The phenomenon occurs when aircraft fly above 25,000ft, where the air temperature is around minus 30C. This causes water vapour emitted by the engines to crystallise and form the familiar white streaks across the sky, known as contrails.

These can be short-lived. But if there is already a significant amount of moisture in the atmosphere they can linger for hours, as the excess water vapour from the engines tips the surrounding air past its saturation point.

This acts as a catalyst to speed up the natural process of cloud formation. Cirrus clouds – the wisp-like formations seen at high altitude – begin to form around the contrails.

Scientists say these grow into thin layers of cloud and can cover up to an astonishing 20,000 square miles of sky – or about a fifth of the UK.

The level of moisture in the air at high altitudes is unrelated to weather conditions at ground level, which is why it is possible to see contrails on a clear day.

Reading University’s Professor Keith Shine, an expert in clouds, said that those formed by aircraft fumes could linger ‘for hours’, depriving those areas under busy flight paths, such as London and the Home Counties, of summer sunshine.

These chemtrails will not go away. I phoned the environment agency and the CAA about these 'chemtrails'. Nobody knew anything about them, unusual for a Govmt. agency, that! Geezer at CAA gave me the usual bull about contrails and then asked me if I had any evidence. I told him 20,000,000 internet sites can't all be wrong. Anyone who has young children will be aware of the so-called, 'vomiting sickness' affecting their chidren in the last couple of years, there was none of this when we were young. Article in the Mail a couple of weeks ago spoke of and I quote " THE ANNUAL SICKNESS BUG ". When, in the name of the Lord, did it become annual.
