One of my favourite youtube users UkTruthSeeker2009 sent me a link to a chemtrailing/engineering company, on on thier site i found the answer to something that has bugged my for years.
Just what causes those "hole punch clouds"?
Well, North American Weather Consultants, out of Utah, were good enough to leave an explanation on thier site. It is the result of, wait for it, cloud seeding!
