A former Deputy Director of the Bryn Alyn children's home, Des Frost, was not called as a witness, despite reporting abuse at the home to the police.

A year after the report was completed a former ITV Wales journalist had a private meeting with Sir Ronald in which he says he told him about Des Frost's claim.

What Is Common Purpose?

Records now have to be kept in Schools and nurseries of any child who says something which can be construed as sexist or racist, and these children are then questioned about the beliefs and home lives of parents and a watch put on them, as soon as children enter senior school they are encouraged to enroll for youth Common Purpose training.
These Common Purpose leaders and there are 80, 000 trainees in 36 cities are to be brought to power when Britian is totally ruled by the EU, and it is their brainchild using the subliminal methods of Edward Bernays and Ivan Pavlov of Pavlovs dogs fame, and Operation Monarch mind control
with NLP and masss hypnosis, the idea is that they will promote under managers and staff who will also be Common Purpose.
Cherie Blair's Matrix Chambers is said to hold much legal preporatory paperwork on this, although to her credit Cheri is said to have baulked at this total betrayal of the British nation to the EU and the extinguishing of Britian's sovereignty, and bitterly argued with Peter Mandelson, as Cheries own family fought in W W II to not enter the EU.
Today Common Purpose runs the NHS with its top heavy bureaucratic pen pushers three to every one actual worker and deaths in hospitals and care homes are now an official secret, the BBC, has been advocating Homosexuals and freemasons to top positions for some while, and the contents of some dumbed down BBC material in terms of unnecessary violence heterophobia and pornography is obvious.
The heavy Common Purpose influence in the police and the legal profession, shows they are totally out of touch with the public, if you try to report a crime you will yourself be verbally abused and investigated, and court decisions often beggar belief with no bearing on reality, the Royal Mail, church, schools, local councils, the Civil Service, government ministries, and even Parliament all contaminated with political correctness.

The intel and police are so infltrated with anti-British trainnes that any Cheif Constables and senior members not involved are removed, Cressida Dick who is the Common Purpose senior oficer who authorised the "shoot to kill" murders on the young Brazilian jean Charles De-Menez who was shot 7 times in the head without warning is reminiscent of an Israeli style attack in the occupied territories.

Royal Mail under studies by Prof.John Manning and bullyonline boss Tim field, has been named for the worst employer in the whole of Europe for managerial racial and sexual bullying and harassment, suicides are hidden under the Official secrets act, and Peter Mandelson promised the Royal mail union the CWU and the teaching union the NUT, that if they supported him getting Tony Blair and New Labour elected he would not bring in automated sorting machines for the post office and there would not be any job losses, mail Union boss Allan Johnson suddenly leaves and is made an MP,

and 30,000 postmen are being bullied and pushed into leaving their jobs or reasons are manufactured to sack them to bring in automation.

Bullying is part and parcel of Common Purpose, from workers in job centres and social security to policemen, intimidation and condescension is the game, Common Purpose is about brainwashing and eliminating democracy.

The Treason Files: Common Purpose

A lot of mystery surrounds this group, but the more we discover about their mandate and methods, the more they reveal themselves to be a Fifth Column Communitarian Apparatchik of the European Union. I am not exaggerating or using hyperbole when I describe them thus - they really are a major threat to our democratic institutions.

A lot of investigative work has already been done by Brian Gerrish of the UK Column / British Constitution Group and others, and the web site CPExposed.com is a mine of information. From their web site:

"...Common Purpose is a political charity using Behavioural Modification

Common Purpose (CP) is a Charity, based in Great Britain, which creates ‘Future Leaders’ of society. CP selects individuals and ‘trains’ them to learn how society works, who 'pulls the levers of power' and how CP ‘graduates’ can use this knowledge to lead 'Outside Authority’.

Children, teenagers and adults have their prejudices removed. Graduates are ‘empowered’ to become ‘Leaders’ and work in ‘partnership’ with other CP graduates. CP claims to have trained some 30,000 adult graduates in UK and changed the lives of some 80,000 people, including schoolchildren and young people.

But evidence shows that Common Purpose is rather more than a Charity ‘empowering' people and communities’. Drawn into CP training by a flattering invitation, or selected by their company or organisation, this recruitment is normally carried out by a previously trained CP person - now recruiting for the cause. Candidates are screened and selected (or rejected) by CP Advisory Board members in their area..." [Emphasis mine]

The vast majority of the "Graduates" of Common Purpose have no idea that they are being used by this group to enable treason to be committed, having been reframed by Neural-Linguistic Programming and other methods similar to that which a religious or corporate cult would use. Ex-Cult has a lot to say about these methods, and when you compare the training methods employed by Common Purpose to the recruiting methods of cults, you will see no real difference between them.

What is particularly disturbing about this group is that a large member of their recruits are from senior levels of the police, the military, the judiciary, local councils, and civil service. They have even heavily infiltrated the BBC and other media outlets. When you examine their buzzword, "Leading Outside of Authority", and all that this entails then you can understand what a great threat they are to the democratic institutions of our nation.

Common Purpose are well aware of our investigations into their activities, and instead of being open and answering the many questions we have about them, they have gone out of their way to get web sites exposing them taken down and have instructed their Graduates within key organisations to block any Freedom of Information Act Requests [FOIR] concerning them - which is certainly asking their Graduates to "Lead Outside of Authority".

Common Purpose also operates under Chatham House Rules, which means that they publish no public minutes of their meetings and discussions. Also, they circumvent the laws around publishing membership lists of Charities by calling all their members "Graduates", even though they are technically members of the organisation.

I am of the opinion that we have enough evidence against Common Purpose to consider them a Fifth Column group which should be either proscribed by law, or disrupted by every peaceful and lawful means at our disposal.

the Treason Files

In order to understand how our government can be so criminal and treasonous, one must first understand how our politicians are placed within the thrall of outside interests which are inimical to the well-being of We the People. In order to commit such High Treason with regards to the European Union, against our Constitution, mere bribery is not enough to get a politician to betray his nation - especially not when these offences carry the death penalty under Common Law.

In order to make a man open to committing High Treason against his fellow countrymen, one must first put him into a position whereby he is in real danger of censure through the courts and criminal justice system, and then he is malleable through blackmail.

All human and animal psychology works through punishment and reward, either out of necessity for mere survival, or for adherence to a social group (which is also necessary for survival). The carrot and the stick must be employed together if one is to be able to gain control of ones subject. The carrot alone is not enough.

Therefore, in order to gain control of a politician, a police commissioner, a judge, or any other kind of public servant, one must first have the dirt, the wood, on them. Once you have something with which you can blackmail them by, something that would put them in real danger of prison (or worse) should it ever come to light, then you can get them to commit High Treason.

The reward offered for this High Treason is to prevent them from committing suicide before their job is done, or from going public about their blackmail and treason, exposing the agents of change to public gaze. If the true level of treason being committed by our politicians, police commissioners, judges and senior social workers was ever discovered, then the riots in England of the past few days would be nothing in comparison to the lynch mob that would descend upon Parliament and the other public institutions of this nation.

The earlier two articles in this series, "The Treason Files: Parliamentary Paedophilia" and "The Treason Files: The Operation Ore Cover Up" both show one of the many ways a senior public servant may be made open to blackmail. Making sure that predatory paedophiles reach high office is just one of many ways to make sure that those in high office are malleable and open to treason. There are many other means with which to blackmail those in high office should they become compromised (or are already compromised before entering office).

Later articles will deal with what acts of High Treason have been committed against We the People, by whom and to whom they answered in committing these crimes. I plan to expose the whole rotten core of the traitors in high office in this nation to a last man, so that We the People may rise up peacefully and lawfully to overthrow those criminals from office and put new political and legal institutions in place which would serve the interests of We the People - and our interests alone.

Also, I will be exposing the groups that have been set up to subvert the very institutions of our national and public life, arming you with the knowledge to fight back peacefully and lawfully, using every constitutional tool at our disposal. This includes Lawful Rebellion under Article 61 of the Magna Carta and Article 23 of the 1689 Bill of Rights.

Finally, as an aside, I would like to refer you to the "New Nuremberg Trials Wanted List", as it lists many of the traitors in our nation by name, with a short summary of their crimes. It also lists traitors within the European Union, United States, and other nations, but for the most part it concentrates on the traitors within our own nation

This is probably going to be the hardest article I have ever had to write. The piece I wrote yesterday about America falling into Hot Tyranny was hard enough to write, even though it was from the outside looking in, but it is even harder when you have to write about your own country falling into Hot Tyranny. It is a shock to the system to realise that everything that has been planned and put into place in the United States has also been implemented here, only, our Criminal Government is a lot better at hiding their plans from Joe Bloggs than the American Administration.

They're better at hiding things than the American government, but not good enough to keep it completely secret, as this post will demonstrate. The information I present here has been secretly brought to my attention by many true British Patriots, some of them risking arrest in getting it, and I am grateful for their efforts. I, too, may be arrested for putting this Intelligence out there, but the time for being silent about the Police State being erected all around us is long gone:

Firstly, I need to bring your attention to European and NATO-wide Continuity of Government plans. Any American Patriots reading this will know all about Rex 84 and the Continuity of Government (CoG) plans made by the American Administration, but what is not commonly known is that the Treasonous United Kingdom Government also have very similar plans in place.

The Defence Contribution to Resilience document is only the beginning of the CoG plans laid out in the event of Civil Disobedience or Civil War, but in it you will find links to all the other documents within the appendices. I had to file a Freedom of Information Act Request to get my mitts on it, and many questions within the FOIR were not answered - the Ministry of Defence deliberately played dumb even though I was using the strictest military terms in describing what I was talking about. If they cannot openly lie, they obfuscate.

Those who believe that the Government would never use the military against us had better take note of recent developments in Maidstone and Medway - The Provost Military Police from 36 Royal Engineers Regiment will be patrolling the streets with the Civilian Police in order to acclimatise us all to a Military Police presence on British streets. It is being piloted in Garrison towns (towns with army barracks within), but later it will be rolled out throughout the United Kingdom. This is to get the United Kingdom ready for Martial Law.

Northern Ireland is already used to seeing armed soldiers on her streets due to the Northern Irish Troubles. What most people do not know is that this was a Forty Year False Flag Terrorism Operation perpetrated against us by our own government. MI6 ran the Provisional Council of the Irish Republican Army (PIRA) and INLA while MI5 ran the Ulster Volunteer Force (UVF), Ulster Defence Association (UDA) and Ulster Freedom Force (UFF). Martin McGuinness of Sinn Fein, formerly of the PIRA Londonderry Bogside Brigade and PIRA Quartermaster, is also a confirmed MI6 Operative. We also suspect that Gerry Adams is an MI6 Operative as well. The PIRA splinter group, the Real IRA, is currently being run by MI5. MI6 is too busy putting questions to torture victims to be running a Northern Irish paramilitary group.

Upon finding out that the Military Police are about to be patrolling our streets, I wrote An Open Letter to Serving British Military Personnel laying out exactly why they were being ordered to police civilians, and linking it all back to the American CoG plans. I hope and pray that enough read it and fully understand it to make a difference. Only time will tell.

And I am not even scratching the surface of what I have to tell you. I could get killed for this.

In an earlier Freedom of Information Act request, I asked for details about 15 RAF bases that have been flagged up by British and American Patriots as Mass Detention Centres in a CoG situation. This FOIR seems to have got lost in the system, but it has been picked up by someone in the MoD and I should get an answer from them shortly, although I suspect that it will be a flat denial or another obfuscation. Furious that state involvement in major terror attacks is being exposed to a wider audience than ever before via the Internet, a UK think tank closely affiliated with the Downing Street has called for authorities to infiltrate conspiracy websites in an effort to “increase trust in the government”.

“A Demos report published today, The Power of Unreason, argues that secrecy surrounding the investigation of events such as the 9/11 New York attacks and the 7/7 bombings in London merely adds weight to unsubstantiated claims that they were “inside jobs,” reports the London Independent.

In other words, the fact that the overwhelming amount of evidence indicates that both 7/7 and 9/11 were “inside jobs” of one form or another, and that huge numbers of people are now aware of this via the increasing influence of the Internet, is hampering efforts to commit more acts of terror, therefore the government needs to change its strategy.

In the report, Demos, “Recommends the Government fight back by infiltrating internet sites to dispute these theories.” One of the tools Demos already employs to “fight back” against conspiracy theories is by labeling anyone who challenges the government’s official story as an extremist or a terrorist recruiter.

The strategy mirrors that advocated by White House information czar Cass Sunstein, who in a 2008 white paper similarly called for conspiracy websites to be infiltrated and undermined in order to dilute their influence. In the same report, Sunstein also called for taxing conspiracy theories (any viewpoint that differs with the official version) and outright banning free speech that the authorities disapproved of.

What Demos and Sunstein are essentially calling for is classic “provocateur” style infiltration, updated for the 21st century, that came to the fore during the Cointelpro years, an FBI program from 1956-1971 that was focused around disrupting, marginalizing and neutralizing political dissidents, often using illegal methods.

The fact that governments on both sides of the pond have been caught over and over again habitually lying about everything under the sun, allied to a compliant corporate media that has aided authorities in covering up their misdeeds, has prompted a complete collapse in trust from the people, an effect that is now seriously hampering the state’s efforts to enlist implied consent, with millions of people rebelling against the system through civil disobedience and non-compliance in a myriad of different ways.

That’s why Demos, a mouthpiece for the British authorities, is desperate to infiltrate “conspiracy websites,” ie groups of people who broadcast the truth, in order to “increase trust” in a government that has lost all credibility.

It was a classic of its kind and made some unwelcome history to boot. These two facts are fundamentally related in that the history came with the announcement by the Chancellor of the Exchequer, Alistair Darling, that he intends to trigger a record UK government debt; the classic bit was his prediction that an economic recovery would begin at the end of 2009.

In the United States, Barack Obama, songster for the Wall Street cabal, has talked of ‘hopeful signs’ that the economy is improving.

I have been saying since October/November that the engineered
economic collapse is planned to have three major phases:
(1) To crash the economy (done);
(2) To have governments borrow extraordinary amounts of money from the very banking and financial cartel that the same ‘money’ is being spent to ‘bail out’ (being done);
(3) To crash the economy still further when government options are exhausted and leave them with no way of responding (waiting to be done).

Then they step forward to 'save us' with a globally centralised
banking dictatorship based on a World Central Bank.
