Rwandan President Tells UN General Assembly to Go Fuck Itself

NEW YORK - Acting on a bet made with his country's Prime Minister, Rwandan President Paul Kagame - speaking in his native tongue of Kinyarwanda - concluded his speech yesterday by sensationally telling the entire UN General Assembly to "go and fuck itself."
