Why Tony Blair Is A War Criminal Who Should Be On Trial In The Hague

Archbishop Desmond Tutu's recent condemnation of Tony Blair's role in the invasion of Iraq, and his refusal to attend a summit with the former British prime minister, increases the pressure on war criminal Blair.

In a searing written indictment published on Sunday, Tutu slammed Blair for the devastating war. He criticised Blair's fabrications which led to the invasion of Iraq, including his lies about the country's supposed weapons of mass destruction, and his refusal to allow UN inspectors more time to establish whether or not Saddam Hussein posed a genuine threat to world peace.

He described Blair and Bush as immoral playground bullies, whose reckless warmongering has caused extensive suffering and loss of life, further polarised the world, and helped normalise a climate of Western aggression that currently threatens formerly stable, sovereign, and peaceful Iran and Syria.

Here are five reasons why Tony Blair is a war criminal, who should be on trial in The Hague.

1) Blair launched a war of aggression that broke international law

In attacking Iraq, Blair committed a crime against peace, defined by the Nuremberg Principles as the "planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression". The Iraq war was waged for a reason other than self-defence, which made it a crime of aggression and violated Articles 33 and 51 of the UN Charter.

2) Blair knew he was breaking international law

Eight months before the invasion, the British government's most senior legal adviser wrote to Blair and advised him that an attack on Iraq would be a serious breach of international law, and the UN charter. Lord Goldsmith's July 2002 letter stated that an invasion launched on the premise of self defence would be illegal because Britain was not under threat by Iraq, and that whilst in certain circumstances the UN allowed 'humanitarian intervention', it was not relevant in the case of Iraq.

Blair not only ignored Goldsmith's letter, but banned him from attending cabinet meetings and gagged him so that he could not speak out publically.

Blair was explicitly warned by his Cabinet Office that a "legal justification for invasion would be needed. Subject to law officers' advice, none currently exists." Then Foreign Secretary Jack Straw similarly advised Blair that none of the legal conditions for war had been met.

3) UN Security Council Resolution 1441 did not authorise war

Blair and his supporters argue that UN Security Resolution 1441, passed on November 8th 2002, authorised war on Iraq. This resolution did strengthen the mandate of the UN Monitoring and Verification Commission (UNMOVIC) and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and gave Iraq "a final opportunity to comply with its disarmament obligations" - but it did not authorise war.

American ambassador John Negroponte assured the Security Council the resolution meant a "further breach" by Iraq would require "the matter...return to the Council for discussions as required in paragraph 12."

UK Permanent Representative Sir Jeremy Greenstock KCMG similarly confirmed that "there is no 'automaticity' in this resolution. If there is a further Iraqi breach of its disarmament obligations, the matter will return to the Council for discussion as required in Operational Paragraph 12."

4) Blair lied to help fix the intelligence and facts around the policy

There are numerous examples of Blair lying, deceiving, and misleading, in order to hype the supposed threat from Iraq, and try and justify war. Here are just a few examples.

In April 2002 he claimed that Saddam Hussein had major stockpiles of chemical and biological weapons - even though the Joint Intelligence Committee had described the intelligence as "sporadic and patchy" just the previous month. They also said that Saddam only had "some production equipment, and some small stocks of CW agent precursors".

Blair claimed that Iraq posed a regional threat, when the previous month a secret Cabinet Office paper noted that "Saddam has not succeeded in seriously threatening his neighbours."

During a press conference Blair and Bush jointly referred to a purported IAEA report, apparently confirming that Iraq was six months away from developing a nuclear weapon. IAEA spokesman Mark Gwozdecky later denied that the agency had issued any such report, said that there was no substantiated evidence for an Iraqi nuclear weapons program, and that anyone who claimed to know the nuclear situation in Iraq was "misleading you".

In late September 2002, citing a British government dossier, Blair claimed that Iraq had "existing and active military plans for the use of chemical and biological weapons, which could be activated within 45 minutes". When this was later revealed to be untrue, Blair claimed that he had never understood that intelligence agencies did not believe Saddam had long-range weapons of mass destruction.

However, former Foreign Secretary Robin Cook confirmed that on March 5th 2003 - two weeks before the attack on Iraq - Blair told him that Saddam's "battlefield weapons had been disassembled and stored separately".

Blair later claimed that he did not recall Cook telling him that Saddam had no long-range weapons.

5) The illegal war on Iraq has caused an enormous amount of suffering and death

Estimates vary, but according to the Iraq Body Count Project at least 108,000 Iraqi civilians have died as a result of violence since the country’s invasion in March 2003, with tens of thousands wounded and traumatised and millions displaced. Nearly 5000 military personnel have been killed.

Others have been tried for war crimes which resulted in the deaths of far fewer people than the Iraq war and, as Archbishop Tutu states:

In a consistent world, those responsible for this suffering and loss of life should be treading the same path as some of their African and Asian peers who have been made to answer for their actions in the Hague.

Let's keep up the pressure on the war criminal Tony Blair - and everyone else who was complicit in the illegal invasion of Iraq.

South African Nobel Laureate Desmond Tutu has called for the trial of former US President George W. Bush and former British Prime Minister Tony Blair for their role in the Iraq war.

“The immorality of the United States and Great Britain's decision to invade Iraq in 2003, premised on the lie that Iraq possessed weapons of mass destruction, has destabilized and polarized the world to a greater extent than any other conflict in history,” Archbishop Desmond Tutu wrote in an article in The Observer on Sunday.

The Nobel Peace Prize winner called for the trial of the pair at the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague.

Tutu added that, instead of recognizing the sophistications and issues of the world, “the then-leaders of the US and UK fabricated the grounds to behave like playground bullies and drive us further apart.”

He further argued that, the suffering and loss of the victims of the war were beyond the killing fields, “in the hardened hearts and minds of members of the human family across the world.”

Tony Blair, however, responded to Tutu in a statement saying that “this is the same argument we have had many times with nothing new to say.”

This comes after Tutu boycotted the one-day Discovery Invest Leadership Summit in Johannesburg on Tuesday, saying it would be “inappropriate” for him to share a platform with Blair, because of his “morally indefensible” support for the US-led war in Iraq.

Tutu has been a prominent peace icon in South Africa, and he won the Noble Peace Prize in 1984 following his campaign against apartheid.

This month has seen a rash of top level resignations across some of the most major banking institutions across the globe.

There has also been news of potential upcoming resignations which could have a considerable impact as well, not the least of which is the potential resignation of Lloyd Blankfein, chief executive officer (CEO) of Goldman Sachs.

According to Fortune, this could occur as early as this summer, although this is still merely a possibility and far from set in stone.

However, there are many very real and quite perplexing instances of bank heads quitting across major institutions like the World Bank, the Nicaraguan Central Bank, Kuwait’s Central Bank, two of Slovenia’s biggest banks and more.

t appears this trend began some time early this month, perhaps with the resign of Amitabh Chaturvedi, the CEO of Dhanlaxmi Bank Ltd on February 6.

This was supposedly due to Chaturvedi having “serious differences with the board regarding the strategies of the bank. He had different views on several issues. It was coming,” an anonymous bank official told Mint.

Chaturvedi’s resignation was just the beginning. On February 10, Business Standard reported that A K Jagannathan, the managing director and chief executive of Tamilnad Mercantile Bank resigned, citing personal reasons.

Then, on February 13, the Washington Post reported via the official Kuwait News Agency that Sheik Salem Abdulaziz Al Sabah, a member of the Kuwaiti royal family, resigned after 25 years heading up the nation’s central bank.

While the brief announcement gave no immediate reason for the move, internal speculation surrounds his opposition to increased domestic spending, including wage increases.

Just the next day, the head of the Nicaraguan Central Bank, Bloomberg reported that Antenor Rosales quit, apparently over disagreements with Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega, however an official statement claimed that the resignation was “normal government procedure” and not the result of a disagreement.

The following day brought reports of the CEOs of Slovenia’s two largest banks stepping down along with theplanned resignation of World Bank President Robert Zoellick, who will leave the bank on June 30.

Then the next day, February 16, the chief financial officer of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Ltd (ANZ Bank) resigned after 15 years as the bank’s CFO. Also on that day, it was announced that Andrew Check would lead the Royal Bank of Scotland’s Australian arm after Stephen Williams resigns in the next three to six months.

On the February 17 the news broke of Blankfein’s possible future resignation along with Bloomberg reporting that Credit Suisse Group AG’s private bank in Signapore’s chief Asian economist, Joseph Tan, resigned.

On February 18 the British Daily Mail reported that Germany’s president, Christian Wulff, resigned over a scandal involving an attempt to gag a press investigation into political favors and possible bribes. While this obviously isn’t a bank executive, it is noteworthy nonetheless as it is still part of the trend of prominent individuals resigning, quitting and otherwise stepping down from their position of power.

The reasons behind this trend are unknown as of yet and indeed they could not be connected in any way, yet I think that is highly doubtful. I am not yet prepared to speculate as to why this is happening with such frequency right now, however I will say that I hope it is due to some serious changes being made in the financial system – hopefully for the good of us all.

That’s 9 resignations in eleven days, we have not included the other resignations from the likes of the head of the central bank in Switzerland a month ago, and the talk of the head of Goldman Sachs leaving. Why are the heads of very large financial instutitions resigning? Corporate governance experts would say that people resign to make room for new policies, and way of doing things, but this is a peculiar situation of contagion amongst those with key exposure.
The first to see the flame, usually leave the building, maybe this is not the case, nonetheless, such events with obvious patterns should be taken note of.

An awakened populace is the enemy of the would-be Controllers. The war on terror is a war on human freedom by a dystopian state structure disguising itself as a protecting surrogate parent from an enemy of their own making.

It's all by assumption and generations of conditioning. But the veil is coming off.

Thanks to their own military invention called the internet millions are discovering the full truth. History is a lie. Religion is a control system. Money is a hoax. Government is a for profit corporation.

And we don't need their goddamn hierarchy.

Conscious Truth Cannot Be Stopped!

Like they say, you may kill my body but you can never destroy my soul. Fear is the number one tool of the Powers That Would Be. If we don't fear they have no power.

The cornucopia of laws and rules written, unwritten and subconscious is their method of entrainment. Crime, punishment. They define what's a crime, and people get in line for fear of punishment.

Socially it's the same. Break the social norms and be shunned or called out. Use the "wrong" language and you can face incarceration. All restrictions put in place by these would-be Controllers. Screw 'em. They're arrogant lying bastards and the truth is they're scared to death of us.

Wanna know their mindset? The monster George Bush Senior said the following in an interview published by Sarah McClendon in 1992:

"If the people were to ever find out what we have done, we would be chased down the streets and lynched."

Damn straight, buddy.

The NWO Is Backfiring!

People are noticing the PTBs seem to be stepping up their program of late. While revolution spilling into the streets is often of their own making to bring about draconian crack downs and to foist new control systems on the populace, what we're witnessing now is different.

Police brutality and even several recent attempts by agent provocateurs have been ferreted out by demonstrators armed with cameras and internet access. Bankster funding of police has been exposed. And even efforts by the Democratic party, MoveOn.org and ACORN have been identified and snuffed.

This is huge.

It's All About Personal Empowerment

People wonder why things don't change. It's because people observe and follow, observe and follow. Same old same old, hoping someone will do something. Choice is within carefully constructed confines to where they think they're free, but it's all within a tightly restricted playground created by social engineers and executed via their academic and media minions.

Yes, it's that controlled. Or so they attempt it to be.

The wild card is the all-powerful eternal human spirit. When we come to the realization of what we truly are, we are an unstoppable foe to these tyrannical beasts. They've turned our planet into a human farm with the people hypnotized to behave as cattle convinced of their own helplessness.

Sorry, boys. The jig is up. This marvelous planet is OUR space station and you have no business trying to take it over, so get the hell outta here. Humanity is rising...and you're in the way.

The Elites Are The Truly Enslaved

What differentiates the psychopathic controlling elites from true humanity is a lack of empathy. They are possessed by a self-serving, self-preserving reptilian mindset that they are literally enslaved to. They know they're usurpers and subject themselves to self-flagellating rituals and mind control to be sure they're not influenced by any real sense of humanity that might deter their plan.

In turn, they must exercise this Machiavellian control over others since they themselves are subjected to it in order to get what temporal power they've been loaned by their higher ups. Yes, the abuse cycle. The abused become the abusers. In their case it's off the charts wickedness.

Yes, the controllers are all controlled even more than humanity. But that isn't gonna be our problem any longer. We should ship this wicked 1% or whomever or whatever they are to their own little island, take away all their toys (and boats) and let them have it out between each other. Freedom of tyranny over other tyrants I always say. Ha!

Seize Control - Jump Now!!

It won't be long now. They've got so much crap going it's gonna be hard to avoid seeing these psychopaths try to take the whole world down in their mass death ritual madness. We may have to muster through some really rough times ahead, but I really believe the wake up is scaring the shit outta these bastards and they're having to step on the gas to push their program through.

What's interesting is hurry and haste is not their strong suit. Their strength has always been the slow burn without the people noticing the noose being tightened around their necks. Their plans for global control go back centuries and even millennia. Pesky humanity has been a tough animal for them to fully corral, we seem to keep busting out with new life and consciousness in spite of their war on our minds and bodies.

Isn't that cool? They can't control us. Must drive them nuts!

They can try as hard as they want but they'll never do it. In spite of their fluoridating our pineal glands, genetically modifying and poisoning our food supply, chemtrailing our skies with toxic metals and monstrous germs and nano strands, killing off our youth and innocents in wars, introducing viruses into populations, shooting us up with anti-human cocktails and shoving drugs down our throats, and attempting to paralyze our hearts and control our minds with fear and propaganda......

They can't keep us down! We're like a population of frikking Rasputins!

The Key..Wake Yourself Up Fully And Everyone Around You!

The only way to fully wake up is to take action. Period. If you don't open the spigot of your life by researching the Truth, communicating, withdrawing from the system, turning off the mainstream media in every form, alerting others as to what's going on, you'll go back to sleep.

It's that simple, and it's that urgent.

The conscious awakening of humanity is unfolding at an exponential rate and is having an impact we're seeing manifest daily before our eyes. But if you've ever tried to push a heavy car to jump start it, or attempted to get a big boulder moved, the most crucial point is when the momentum is just beginning to roll and it's make it or break it to get to that magical kick start speed.

We're getting there. Push harder.....and call others to get on board, in any and every way you can. Write, talk, get out of banks altogether, not just go into smaller ones, at least as much as you can. And use your money as a weapon against them. Buy local, don't buy corporate crap as much as possible. Start a garden and grow your own food. Tell others around you to do the same.

And if you don't know what to do, send help to those you believe are doing what needs to be done so they can commit their full time to doing it if they're not already, or to help them do even more. Everyone needs to participate.

I guarantee you as you do these things it'll come back to you bigtime - in fulfillment, happiness, increased conscious awareness, love and even financially! You're tapping into the ultimate free energy system of the Universe!

Let yourself go and watch a marvelous synchronistic loving world unfold around you!

Why the HEAT is ON for the ELITE

Ketchup, a petite 22-year-old from Chicago with wavy red hair and glasses with bright red frames, arrived in Zuccotti Park in New York on Sept. 17. She had a tent, a rolling suitcase, 40 dollars’ worth of food, the graphic version of Howard Zinn’s “A People’s History of the United States” and a sleeping bag. She had no return ticket, no idea what she was undertaking, and no acquaintances among the stragglers who joined her that afternoon to begin the Wall Street occupation. She decided to go to New York after reading the Canadian magazine Adbusters, which called for the occupation, although she noted that when she got to the park Adbusters had no discernable presence.

The lords of finance in the looming towers surrounding the park, who toy with money and lives, who make the political class, the press and the judiciary jump at their demands, who destroy the ecosystem for profit and drain the U.S. Treasury to gamble and speculate, took little notice of Ketchup or any of the other scruffy activists on the street below them. The elites consider everyone outside their sphere marginal or invisible. And what significance could an artist who paid her bills by working as a waitress have for the powerful? What could she and the others in Zuccotti Park do to them? What threat can the weak pose to the strong? Those who worship money believe their buckets of cash, like the $4.6 million JPMorgan Chase gave a few days ago to the New York City Police Foundation, can buy them perpetual power and security. Masters all, kneeling before the idols of the marketplace, blinded by their self-importance, impervious to human suffering, bloated from unchecked greed and privilege, they were about to be taught a lesson in the folly of hubris.

Even now, three weeks later, elites, and their mouthpieces in the press, continue to puzzle over what people like Ketchup want. Where is the list of demands? Why don’t they present us with specific goals? Why can’t they articulate an agenda?

The goal to people like Ketchup is very, very clear. It can be articulated in one word—REBELLION. These protesters have not come to work within the system. They are not pleading with Congress for electoral reform. They know electoral politics is a farce and have found another way to be heard and exercise power. They have no faith, nor should they, in the political system or the two major political parties. They know the press will not amplify their voices, and so they created a press of their own. They know the economy serves the oligarchs, so they formed their own communal system. This movement is an effort to take our country back.

This is a goal the power elite cannot comprehend. They cannot envision a day when they will not be in charge of our lives. The elites believe, and seek to make us believe, that globalization and unfettered capitalism are natural law, some kind of permanent and eternal dynamic that can never be altered. What the elites fail to realize is that rebellion will not stop until the corporate state is extinguished. It will not stop until there is an end to the corporate abuse of the poor, the working class, the elderly, the sick, children, those being slaughtered in our imperial wars and tortured in our black sites. It will not stop until foreclosures and bank repossessions stop. It will not stop until students no longer have to go into debt to be educated, and families no longer have to plunge into bankruptcy to pay medical bills. It will not stop until the corporate destruction of the ecosystem stops, and our relationships with each other and the planet are radically reconfigured. And that is why the elites, and the rotted and degenerate system of corporate power they sustain, are in trouble. That is why they keep asking what the demands are. They don’t understand what is happening. They are deaf, dumb and blind.

About 500 people showed up the elite Vancouver Club to protest Dick Cheney's visit to Vancouver. Cheney was speaking as a guest of the Bon Mot Book Club. It was a sold out $500 a plate dinner to promote Cheney's book In My Time. Activists tried to block guests from entering the club and police had to "snatch" the guests to get through the crowd of angry protesters. The crowd chanted "Arrest Dick Cheney" throughout the protest.

Former Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld has been stripped of legal immunity for acts of torture against US citizens authorized while he was in office. The 7th Circuit made the ruling in the case of two American contractors who were tortured by the US military in Iraq after uncovering a smuggling ring within an Iraqi security company. The company was under contract to the Department of Defense. The company was assisting Iraqi insurgent groups in the "mass acquisition" of American weapons. The ruling comes as Rumsfeld begins his book tour with a visit to Boston on Monday, September 26, and as new, uncensored photos of Abu Ghraib spark fresh outrage across Internet. Awareness is growing that Bush-era crimes went far beyond mere waterboarding.

Torture Room, Abu Ghraib

Republican Senator Lindsey Graham told reporters in 2004 of photos withheld by the Defense Department from Abu Ghraib, “The American public needs to understand, we’re talking about rape and murder here...We’re not just talking about giving people a humiliating experience. We’re talking about rape and murder and some very serious charges.” And journalist Seymour Hersh says: "boys were sodomized with the cameras rolling. And the worst above all of that is the soundtrack of the boys shrieking that your government has."

Rumsfeld resigned days before a criminal complaint was filed in Germany in which the American general who commanded the military police battalion at Abu Ghraib had promised to testify. General Janis Karpinski in an interview with Salon.com was asked: "Do you feel like Rumsfeld is at the heart of all of this and should be held completely accountable for what happened [at Abu Ghraib]?"

Karpinski answered: "Yes, absolutely." In the criminal complaint filed in Germany against Rumsfeld, Karpinski submitted 17 pages of testimony and offered to appear before the German prosecutor as a witness. Congressman Kendrick Meek of Florida, who participated in the hearings on Abu Ghraib, said of Rumsfeld: "There was no way Rumsfeld didn’t know what was going on. He’s a guy who wants to know everything."

And Major General Antonio Taguba, who led the official Army investigation into Abu Ghraib, said in his report:

"there is no longer any doubt as to whether the [Bush] administration has committed war crimes. The only question is whether those who ordered the use of torture will be held to account."

Abu Ghraib Prisoner Smeared with Feces

The 7th Circuit ruling is the latest in a growing number of legal actions involving hundreds of former prisoners and torture victims filed in courts around the world. Criminal complaints have been filed against Rumsfeld and other Bush administration officials in Germany, France, and Spain. Former President Bush recently curbed travel to Switzerland due to fear of arrest following criminal complaints lodged in Geneva. This video provides a chronology of World Trade Center owner, Larry Silverstein's day on September 11th, 2001. The only question that remains unanswered about Larry's day, is why he was so lucky. Firstly, he managed to avoid being killed in the attacks due to a fortunate appointment with a dermatologist. The events of 9/11 also provided an easy solution to the costly and cumbersome problem of how to deal with the illegal asbestos that covered every steel beam in the twin towers. 9/11 also solved Silverstein's problem of finding new tenants to occupy the trade center buildings. And on top of that, Silverstein gained a multi-billion dollar payout from an insurance policy he took out just 6 weeks before 9/11. Considering all of these fortunate coincidences, it is strange that Silverstein has not even been questioned by the police.

It is time for Anti-Sociopath Activism.

The movie, “Milk,” which I saw last night, was a stunner, and inspirational even for us cynical straight people. So I’m stealing the late Harvey Milk’s rallying cry: “I’m here to recruit you.”

Anti-Sociopath Activism Mission Statement: Stop the promotion of sociopaths to positions of power. Find the ones in power and expose them.

This is what I want you to do:

1. Educate yourself. Read the blogs in my blogroll or click on the “psychopath” category in this blog, do a Google search, whatever. You know what to do. I prefer the biology approach, but if you like the shrinks more, then go with that.

2. Shine a light: Where you suspect a powerful sociopath, stay out of their way and do the minimum to support them. Don’t put yourself at risk, but do not take the “appeasement” approach. Question, question, question. Get answers.

3. Correct wrong PR: Where you see people in the press, blogs, etc. giving these guys a break, write a comment pointing out that some people are just incapable of having a conscience.

4. Stop victimizing victims: If you see a victim, you don’t have to say anything — but at least don’t work with the system to discredit the victim. Don’t let the sociopath know you know. Let other people know you know.

5. Get the word out. Talk to other people about sociopaths (psychopaths, whatever, pick your term). Don’t worry about being wrong on the details. The big picture is that some people lack the wiring for a moral center no matter how lifelike they appear.

6. GET THE WORD OUT. Put this “Anti-Sociopath Activism” logo (red devil graphic with slash) on your website: let them know you know.

Background for those new here: For over a year, I’ve been blogging about white collar psychopaths (sociopaths, whatever, let’s decide on the terminology, I’m going to use sociopath for now).

What I knew: sociopaths breeze through the big money machinery. What I didn’t know: The financial system stinks from top to bottom. It was, until recently perhaps, a big cover-up, with everyone making money having a vested interested in keeping the scam going and silencing critics. Here are some very small snapshots: Federal agencies with a see-no-evil attitude; witnesses silenced either by arbitration clauses in employment agreements (but see here), or attempts to buy off silence (like the Paul, Hastings lawyer) or just plain vanilla stalking and harassment (as described here).

Now that powerful sociopaths have started cannibalizing their own, the mainstream press is poking its head up to see if its safe – here’s just some of the reports lately: Drs. Agin and Ackerman, in the Huffington Post, Peggy Noonan in the WSJ, Dr. Krugman and Dick Cavett in the NYT, NPR, even the Lake Country Reporter (Wisconsin). A year ago, mainstream press wouldn’t have risked offending their biggest advertisers while they were rolling in the dough. Now, it’s safe.

This is new: previously it was only lone bloggers metaphorically holed up in scrap wood shacks typing out manifestos or lonely hearts blogs bemoaning the sociopaths in our individual lives. Now it’s a cause. It sells. It’s ok to talk about

Propaganda 'Journalists' Must be Held Accountable

The war propaganda has entered a new phase, involving the coordinated action of satellite TV stations. CNN, France24, the BBC and Al Jazeera have become instruments of disinformation used to demonize governments and justify armed aggressions. These practices are illegal under international law and the impunity of the perpetrators must be stopped.

The current processing of the information on Libya and Syria has marked a turning point in the history of war propaganda in that it uses new ways that have taken the international public by surprise.

Four powers - the United States, France, the UK and Qatar - have combined their technical means to intoxicate the "international community". These are mainly CNN (which, although private, interacts with the Pentagon’s psychological warfare unit), France24, the BBC and Al Jazeera.

These media are being used to falsely attribute to the governments of Libya and Syria crimes they did not commit while covering the crimes that are committed by the secret services of the aforementioned powers and NATO.

We witnessed a similar situation, on a smaller scale, in 2002 when Globovisión broadcast live images of a popular revolution against elected President Hugo Chávez plus images of pro-Chavez activists gunning down protesters. This staged event had made it possible to mask a military coup orchestrated by Washington with the help of Madrid. However, after a genuine popular uprising aborted the coup and reinstated the elected president, legal and journalistic investigations revealed that the revolution filmed by Globovisión was in fact a case of visual trickery and that the Chavistas had never fired on the crowd, but were themselves the victims of snipers armed by the CIA.

We see the same thing happening today, but with a consortium of satellite channels which transmit images of nonexistent events in Libya and Syria. Their aim is to make people believe the majority of Libyans and Syrians want to overthrow their political institutions and that Muammar Gaddafi and Bashar al-Assad have massacred their own people. On the basis of such media intoxication, NATO attacked Libya and is about to destroy Syria.

Now, after the Second World War, the United Nations General Assembly passed legislation to prohibit and punish such practices.

Resolution 110 of 3 November 1947 regarding "measures to be taken against propaganda and the inciters of a new war," condemns "propaganda which is either designed or likely to provoke or encourage any threat to the peace, breach of the peace, or act of aggression. "

Resolution 381 of 17 November 1950 further strengthens this condemnation by condemning the censorship of conflicting information as part of the propaganda against peace.

Finally, Resolution 819 of 11 December 1954 on "the removal of barriers to free exchange of information and ideas," recognizes the responsibility of governments to remove barriers that impede the free exchange of information and ideas.

In so doing, the General Assembly has developed its own doctrine on freedom of expression: it condemned the lies leading to war and upheld the free flow of information and ideas and critical debate as weapons in the service of peace.

Words and, especially, images can be used to prepare the worst crimes. In this case, the intoxication by CNN, France24, the BBC and Al Jazeera constitute "crimes against peace." They should be considered as being more serious than the war crimes and crimes against humanity committed by NATO in Libya and by Western intelligence agencies in Syria insofar as they precede and make them possible.

Journalists who engage in war propaganda must be tried by International Justice.

Anti-monarchy demonstrations have been staged in the Canadian city of Montreal upon the arrival of the newly-wed English Royal couple.

The demonstrations, held on Saturday, forced Prince William and his wife, Catherine to swiftly enter the Saint-Justine Pediatric Hospital.

The protesters showed their anti-royal sentiments to the couple, calling for their return to Britain.

The protesters chanted, “Parasites go home!” and “We will never bend, Willy go home” and “Down with the Monarchy.”

“The monarchy is an obsolete institution, anti-democratic and sexist, and Quebec wants none of it”, Mario Beaulieu, a Professor at La Cité collégiale, said.

Furthermore, the Cap sur l’indépendance Network issued a statement addressing the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge as representatives of the British monarchy, expressing the desire of the majority of Quebec residents to abolish the monarchy.

“As representatives of the British Crown, your visit in Quebec is not welcome. It reminds us of the history of destruction and despicable acts which your institution perpetrated against our nation,” the statement said.

“The institution that you represent costs us approximately USD 10 million per year. We finance our own subordination to the Canadian nation. Recent surveys have shown that a vast majority of Quebecers wish to abolish the institutions inherited from the monarchy and to cut links completely with the British Crown,” it added.

The statement further enumerated some of the abuses and acts of injustice perpetrated by the British Crown against the Quebeckers.

“In 1755, more than 12,500 Acadians, out of a total population of 15,000, were deported by order of the British Crown. Between 7,500 and 9,000 died trying to escape or following their exile.”

“You have graciously recognized in 2003 the ‘human tragedy of the deportation’, through your Governor General, Adrienne Clarkson. You recognized it, but never apologized for it or repair the immense damages made. This violence persisted with the Patriot movement that you bloodily repressed in 1837-38.”

Anti-monarchy demonstrations are not unprecedented in the history of Quebec. Pro-independence rallies were held against the Queen in 1964 and eggs were hurled at Prince Charles and Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, as they visited Montreal in 2009.

More protests have been organized for Sunday as the royal couple plan to attend a ceremony in Quebec City.

A man in a crowd grabbed French President Nicolas Sarkozy by the shoulder and nearly knocked him to the ground before being tackled by security officers and detained. The unusually aggressive incident occurred as the president shook hands with a crowd in the town of Brax in southwest France. The assailant was not armed, according to the national police service. An official with the service said the 32-year-old Frenchman lives in the Lot-et-Garonne region and works in the theatre business. The official was not authorised to be publicly named due to police policy. The man was detained and being questioned in the nearby town of Agen.

Astounding footage has emerged of top Bilderberg members being confronted by protesters as they walked on foot down the mountain road towards the Suvretta Hotel. Bilderberg attendees rarely ever venture outside of hotel grounds which is why this represents such a shocking development.

CHICAGO, IL- Former Secretary of Defense, Donald Rumsfeld strolled into Chicago on May 17, 2011, for a speech at the globalist think tank, Chicago Council on Global Affairs. The audience was mainly comprised of your average "Coke drinking, McDonald's eating" yuppie, ready to bow down to Mr. Rumsfeld. They clapped and cheered as he approached the podium and delivered his globalist speech. The praising of such a criminal was mind blowing, and something had to be done. Mr. Rumsfeld's "accomplishments" have caused humanitarian suffering worldwide.

To start off, Rumsfeld is responsible for contributing to the approval of the artificial sweetener Aspartame. The known carcinogen has caused millions of people suffering around the world. Headaches, dizziness, neurological degeneration, macular degeneration, optic neuritis, insomnia, seizures, irregular heart rhythm, multiple sclerosis, lupus, Alzheimer's disease, autism, Tourettes syndrome, birth defects, Lou Gehrig's disease, Parkinson's disease, leukemia, low blood platelet, and diabetes are a few of the illnesses and disease caused by this poisonous drug. Furthermore, Rumsfeld is highly responsible for the destruction of Iraq, the death of one million Iraqi's, and thousands of US soldiers. Based on the false claim that Saddam Hussein had WMD's, they took the initiative and bombed Iraq. Extensive evidence proves that 9/11 was absolutely an inside job. Recently on the Mancow Show, Rumsfeld was asked what he tells people about building 7, and he replied by asking, "What is building 7?"... "I have no idea. I have never heard that."

With all this in mind, how can people actually sit there and listen to this murdering terrorist praise his latest globalist, garbage, and worthless book? Saad Ali of We Are Change Chicago and Anthony from We Are Change Ohio attended the event. Fortunately, the heavily controlled Q&A session did not follow through as planned.

Saad was given a chance to ask a question, so he asked, "Some of your greatest accomplishments have been cause to some of the most horrible human suffering... One million dead in Iraq, thousands of dead Americans, legalizing Aspartame, How do you live with that sir?" Rumsfeld announced that he would take on the Aspartame part, and the audience chuckled.

He completely lied about the truth of what Aspartame can do to the human body, and in turn said that it was "the most studied food additive." He said that it was "good" for the body and that people who believe that Aspartame causes various health issues, as it has been proven to do over and over, are "conspiracy theorists."

Unsatisfied with his answer, Saad demanded a response for the one million innocent Iraqi's who were murdered during the Iraq war. He stood up and asked, "What about the one million Iraqi's?" Security immediately ran towards Saad and began grabbing his camera, while the globalist, shoe-licking mediator demanded Saad to sit down. He refused to sit down, and spoke his mind, hoping the audience would realize that this traitor had deceived America at the expense of the people of Iraq and our own US soldiers. Security grabbed Saad and dragged him out of the building.

Anthony of We Are Change Ohio walked in as Saad was kicked out, and security immediately grabbed him and escorted him out of the building. How or why they knew we were together is still unknown.

The audience members walking out of the building had mixed views on the confrontation. Some felt that it was necessary to scold and question him on such issues, and some were completely disgusted by the confrontation (The guy at the end.)

The wars have resulted in the death of millions of innocent men, women, and children. Their God given right of living, loving, and enjoying this life has been stripped by criminals like Rumsfeld. Billions of people have fallen victim to the poisonous chemical Aspartame, and their lives will never be the same.

These are crimes on humanity, and not on an individual race, religion, creed, nation, or people. A crime on humanity is a crime on us all. We are in this together, and we must fight for justice for one another. Please, take advantage of the few rights we still have, and get out there while you still can. Peacefully demand answers from these murderers and wake up your friends and family.
